XPC M90U: service and replacement planning
Family reference
A modular online UPS with internal battery modules. Redundant capacity must be checked against the installed modules and actual load.
Selected 15-60 kW, 208Y/120 V reference. Installed modules and measured load determine the redundancy assessment.

Count the installed power and battery modules
Record the installed configuration
Check at your site: Module ratings and count, protected load and battery-module population.
- Send the full model and serial number with the input and output voltages from the nameplate.
- Record the battery arrangement, battery age and available service history.
Prepare the inputs for installation planning
Measured load, required runtime, bypass and room access are inputs to the assessment. Equipment selection requires a site electrical review.
- For replacement planning, include measured load, expected growth and required runtime.
- Describe the bypass arrangement and room access before installation planning.
- Identify the protected load, available shutdown period and who can approve switching.
Choose the work to assess
