Privacy
This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, how it is protected and how you can access, correct or withdraw it. It applies to datacenterups.ca.
This site has a person in charge of the protection of personal information, as Quebec's privacy law requires. You can reach the person in charge of the protection of personal information through the contact form; put the word Privacy in your message so it goes straight to that person.
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, company, email and phone number, and the details of your request (site type, UPS make and size, service, timing and notes). The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build profiles of visitors. The form keeps an unsent draft in your own browser's session storage, which is cleared when you send the form or close the tab.
To answer your request: to prepare a quote, to contact you about it, and to carry out and document the work if you go ahead. You consent to that use by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.
The request is sent by email to our service team, who use it to answer you. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and carries the form; when spam protection is active, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was sent by a person. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's address when it serves them. Those providers may process data outside Quebec; we choose providers with recognised safeguards.
For as long as it is needed to answer your request and, if work follows, to document that work and meet our legal and accounting obligations. It is then deleted.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information through the contact form.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, the form sends your request directly to our service team without storing it on the website, and access to requests is limited to the people who handle them.
This policy is in effect from 4 October 2026. If it changes, the new version is posted on this page with its new effective date.
